Use of the Service
ScoreCLB provides unofficial CELPIP practice content, score guidance, and related preparation tools. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful personal study, account management, and related educational purposes.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and access methods.
- Free access may be limited to selected tests or features.
- Premium access is granted based on the plan purchased and the subscription status associated with your account.
Billing and Subscriptions
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Paid plans, pricing, and access duration are shown at checkout and may change in the future.
- If your plan includes recurring billing, you can manage or cancel it through Stripe's billing tools.
- Access to paid features may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us before opening a chargeback so we can review and resolve the issue quickly.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or abuse automated systems.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute protected content from the service without permission.
- Do not use the platform in a way that harms other users or the availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreCLB is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
