Q: How long should my email (Task 1) be?
A: 150β200 words. Any less = incomplete. More = wasting time. Aim for exactly 170.
Q: How long should my essay (Task 2) be?
A: 220β300 words minimum. No maximum, but 350+ is overkill. Aim for 280β300.
Q: Should I use complex sentences or simple ones?
A: Mix. 60% simple/compound, 40% complex. Overuse of complex = confusing. Balance.
Q: What if I run out of time on Task 2?
A: Finish with any conclusion, even if rushed. Incomplete = automatic lower band. Rushed finish > no finish.
